Corrosion Repair for Crushed Stone Driveways in 3 Steps

The stone fragments lock in place and produce a sturdy surface for a driveway. Low areas and ruts can emerge in  Crushed gravel stone in Kelowna, BC  driveways due to vehicle traffic, cyclical temperature variations, and rain. These elements all interact to cause the corrosion. The ruts progressively grow in size, making the driveway challenging to navigate. Fixing ruts ASAP will maintain the driveway usable in the following way: 1. Using a shovel, place  crushed gravel in Kelowna  in a rut so that the base of the rock is two inches below the pavement. By periodically raking over the depression, please even out the stone.   2. Fill the rut with fine sand until it is level with the 2-inch-down stone's top. Now use a manual tamper and pound firmly over the closed rut to compress the sand and stone.
